I want to thank you for providing such delicious food and wonderful service; our guests could not stop commentinging on either fact! I want to make a special note on the staff - they were extremely professional, attentive, unobtrusive and just genuinely nice. Our guests never waited for food or drink, and they left the house spotless, both which made us extremely happy. Finally, thank you both for your quick responses and accommodating our requests. Dear Chef Lars and Sonia, Thank you for all you did to help make our daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday party a huge success. The food was delicious, especially the lamb appetizers (and I don’t eat lamb). We had guests who don’t like mashed potatoes who loved your mashed potatoes, guests who don’t like pork, who loved your pork stuffed with chorizo--just to give you an idea. If the food paled next to anything, it was to the flawless service and attention of your wait staff. They were amazing—all of them, so please be sure to note it and thank them on our behalf. I extend special warm thanks to Mariel, who was gracious, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Her coordinating was outstanding and her suggestions were instrumental in contributing to the smooth flow of the evening. It was an amazing evening and we are grateful for your collective efforts.
